I am fairly uneducated when it comes to food so I figured ill try asking. I have access to huge variety of very cheap vegetable but I have difficulties eating even slightly bigger amount if it's cold or boiled. For some reason my stomach however has no problem "dealing" with fried vegetable thus my question;
Is there huge difference between the nutrition my body gets if I fry my veggies (without any kind of oil or grease, straight out "dry") and the amount I get if I eat it without any heat prep? If there is, is there way to limit the loss?
